Our ethical approach is based on these fundamental principles, which guide our daily work. Therefore, we voluntarily adhere to the principles of the "Fair Recruitment of Nursing Professionals in Germany" quality seal and the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel.

Commitment to Compliance with the WHO Global Code of Practice
We are committed to complying with the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel. Specifically, we do not recruit in countries listed on the current WHO Health Workforce Support and Safeguards List. At present, we focus on recruiting nursing professionals from Tunisia.
Commitment to Compliance with International Human Rights Standards
Our recruitment and placement practices comply with international human rights standards, particularly:
- The ILO Core Labour Standards
- The General Principles and Operational Guidelines for Fair Recruitment and the determination of recruitment fees and related costs
- The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights
- The International UN Human Rights Treaties
Employer-Pays Principle
We are committed to not charging any direct or indirect recruitment fees to nursing professionals. This also applies to all services directly related to recruitment. All costs within the service chain are borne by the employer.
No Binding or Repayment Obligations
Our recruitment contracts with nursing professionals do not include binding or repayment obligations related to recruitment costs. We also do not facilitate employment contracts that contain such obligations.

Our Statement of Principles is publicly and appropriately communicated. It is accessible to all interested parties and is regularly updated to ensure that our practices meet the highest ethical standards.
